Please Read & Acknowledge that you fully understand the policies listed below Lexxahh's Luxury Nail Lab - Salon Policies ✨ LEXXAHAH’S LUXURY NAIL LAB ✨ APPOINTMENT POLICY ⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • 48-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules • Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file ⌛ LATE ARRIVALS • Arriving 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and applicable fees will apply 💖 PLEASE NOTE These policies are in place to respect the time of all clients and support my small business.
