CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Read & Acknowledge that you fully understand the policies listed below Lexxahh's Luxury Nail Lab - Salon Policies To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to respect everyone's time, please review and agree to the following policies before booking. Appointment Scheduling • Appointments are by booking only. Please arrive on time and ready for your service. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged and may require prepayment for future bookings. 🕒 10-Minute Grace Period • I offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. • If you arrive within this grace period, your service will continue as scheduled with applicable late fees. • Clients arriving late to their appointment may experience a shortened service time. This is especially applicable when nail art or detailed designs have been booked and when another client is scheduled immediately following your appointment. While I strive to work efficiently and diligently, maintaining the quality of my work is always a priority. If time allows and we remain on schedule prior to polishing, designs will still be accommodated. However, adjustments may be necessary to ensure timely service for all clients. ⸻ ⌛ Late Arrival Fees Late fees apply only when I am waiting on you and not servicing another client. • 5–10 minutes late: $5 late fee • 10–15 minutes late: $10 late fee • 15+ minutes late: $15 late fee ⚠️ After 15 minutes late: • Your appointment may be cancelled if I have another client scheduled directly after you. • If cancelled, cancellation/no-show fees will still apply. ⸻ ⏳ Time Adjustments • Late arrivals may result in shortened services to stay on schedule. • Full service time cannot be guaranteed if you arrive late. ⏰ ⸻ 💖 Agreement By booking an appointment with Lexxahh’s Luxury Nail Lab, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
